Just a fantastic business. My PS5 stopped reading discs. Sony wanted $300 and to mail my prize possession to them and hope it survives transport. Walked in to JDs at noon, they diagnosed the problem for free, replaced the disk drive for half of what Sony’s low end estimate was and I was back playing Call of Duty that evening. Highly recommend!

Went in for a switch repair, didn’t turn on of charge. They diagnosed it for free and not even 1 whole day they found the issue and was able to repair it. Prices are great and communication was good. Highly recommend.

Very straightforward and EXTREMELY fast service, took less than a day to get my PS5 repaired and usable again. And all for a great price too- I was almost considering just buying another used one outright, but they ended up saving me a lot of money instead with their repair!! I had never had an electronic repaired before and I thought something would go wrong and get complicated but I brought them a relative's console at noon and they had it ready that same day. I never give reviews, but I am doing one for JD Empire… last night my sons new PS5 fell on floor braking his HDMI component, I came across JD Empire and I have to say THANK You guys! You guys immediately responded and let me taking it to you guys this after, I thought would take a week out so but Nope, they fixed it in less than 2 hrs and text me when it was ready to be picked up, they were so professional and there customer service is fantastic including great prices! I highly recommend this place!!! My son's switch way having an issue with the micro SD port and I was contemplating sending it in to nintendo but found this shop online. Brought in a Nintendo Switch that wasn't charging and turns out there was a scratch on the motherboard and it also needed thermal paste. Other repair shops wanted diagnose fee, everything was included and it was 60% better price than other shops. Would definitely recommend taking your electronics here. 👍

Fantastic service! My Nintendo switch needed a battery replacement, I Google and found JD electronics. I love that I I could call in a real life person would pick up the phone instead of having to talk to any automated answering system. Dropped off my switch on Sunday, had a free inspection and received a call in less than 3 hours about what was wrong about my switch. Had it repaired and picked it up the next day (I could have picked up my switch the same day, but they closed early on Sunday and I had already driven out of town). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes both times. I would definitely recommend this electronic store for his convenience, price and the friendly / fantastic service they provide.
